Aim

To advance paediatric orthopaedic care in the Asia Pacific region by promoting collaboration, education, and the exchange of knowledge among surgeons and trainees.

Objectives

1. Education and Training – Organize workshops, courses, clinical attachments, and sectional meetings to provide surgeons and trainees with access to advanced paediatric orthopaedic knowledge and skills.
   
   
2. Travelling Fellowships – Facilitate learning opportunities through APPOS fellowships within APOA member countries and reciprocal fellowships with POSNA, supporting professional growth and international collaboration.
   
   
3. Collaboration – Promote regional and international partnerships among paediatric orthopaedic professionals through joint meetings and educational programs.
   
   
4. Membership Engagement – Encourage paediatric orthopaedic surgeons and trainees to join APPOS and APOA, fostering a vibrant community dedicated to improving paediatric orthopaedic care.
   
   
5. Research and Knowledge Sharing – Support research initiatives, share best practices, and provide platforms for exchanging clinical experience and innovations in paediatric orthopaedics.
