I am writing to follow up on the acceptance letter I received for my paper submission, which was kindly sent to my email a few days ago. The letter extended an invitation to present my work at the upcoming congress in Dubai from February 29 to March 2, 2024, and mentioned that I would be awarded a certificate for my contribution.
For administrative purposes, my institution requires confirmation that my presentation is categorized as an oral presentation in order to approve my official leave and facilitate my attendance. Could you please provide clarification on the nature of the presentation (oral or poster) and, if possible, share the scheduled time for my presentation or any documentation that could serve as proof of my acceptance for an oral presentation? This information is crucial for the processing of my official leave approval.
Also, I would like to know if presenter's zone is open for everyone? Because I was not able to access the program and kept having messege of the course is currently not available.
