Question:

How are nominations secured?

(Last edited: Thursday, 8 January 2026, 12:52 PM)
Answer:

Each member of council has a unique account on apoaonline that only they can access.

This account grants access to the nominations page.

When you submit a nomination, you and your proposers unique accounts are attached to the nomination. Allowing you and your proposers to view and update the nomination. No one else will be able to access your nomination.

Each respondent will need to sign their respective part of the form. These signatures are stored securely, and only viewable by the signatory, other viewers of the nomination will see a generic blurred signature.

Question:

How to check the status of my nomination?

(Last edited: Thursday, 8 January 2026, 12:52 PM)
Answer:
To check the status of your nomination, go to

My Nominations

You are shown a list of all your nominations, that is where you are either a proposer or nominee.

For each you can see who is proposer 1, proposer 2 and the nominee. Next to each name is an icon indicating whether that person has completed their part of the form. Once they complete it, it will change to a check mark.

Once all respondents have completed their respective sections, the whole nomination will be colored green.

Your own name is always displayed in bold text.

Answer:
First, check you are entering their name correctly, you can enter their first or last name, or even just a small part of it.
