Answer: If you want to re-watch a tour, navigate to the page where the tour you wish to re-watch was located. Open the user menu, top right next to your profile image. And at the bottom of the menu it will say "rest tour on this page". If the tour does not immediately begin, refresh the page. | ||||

Answer: If you're not getting notifications that you expect to be receiving, their might be an issue with your notification preferences. You can change your preferences by clicking your user icon, in the top right and selecting preferences. Under User Account you will see many options including Forum preferences, Message preferences and Notification preferences. Check that the notification you expect to be receiving is checked for the method of reception you desire. Also check that the source of the notification is configured to send them. For instance you must be subscribed to a forum to receive notifications. If you are not receiving them then you may not be subscribed. | |||

Answer: This means we don't currently have a record of your membership based on the category you selected. If you were a pre-existing member before you signed up to APOAonline then your membership category should have been carried across if you are still getting these messages then fill in the form here. If you were not a member of APOA before joining APOAonline then you will have to first subscribe to the APOA Subscription, which will grant you membership. | ||||

Answer: You can access Notification Preferences by tapping your user icon, selecting preferences from the menu and then under User Account select Notification Preferences. Notification preferences tell APOA online how you would like to receive any notifications the website generates for you. You can tell it which ones you would like to receive and also how you would like to receive them. There are three options for this
For each kind of notification you can select whether or not to receive it for each destination. | |||

Answer: A membership category indicates what kind of APOA membership you have. For instance those with a lifetime subscription are considered Life Fellows. Those who are members through their national federation are Federation fellows. | ||||

Answer: Subscriptions are what entitles you to the benefits of membership. These benefits are numerous and specific to each subscription and can be found by clicking on a subscription. But in general they grant access to restricted content, give access to discounted rates and allow sign up to exclusive events. Subscriptions are typically either for a year or for life but can have different lengths. They also typically charge a fee, although some subscriptions are granted through other means, such as membership to a national Federation.
